Hi Scubaman.
You're right there, however VOSA do supply the ribbon, You just send the used one back to them and they will send another FOC.
Kev
They now require your vts Number to be attatched to the old ribbon.

VOSA have been using these camera devices for some time, check their DVD's.
Costly I think for them to provide each test station with one, then maybe backups if failures occur?

We will all be getting cameras.
The "Cameras" are like the type used to inspect the inside of jet engines and the ones that Doctors use in keyhole surgery, They will be to let us see behind undertrays etc.
They will not be linked to VOSA HQ
Kev
If we had these camera's, endascopes i think they are called then the test would be longer surely because with these camera's should we then be checking all the brake lines that run over tanks and checking all wheel nuts present behind hub caps etc this would be a night mare, or am i wrong?

| Talking about video cameras in MOT bays, keep an eye on the 'Car Owner's Guide' page of the MOT Testing website. Should go live later this week; all (constructive) comments gratefully received.
