sorry nicknak if you go to vosa.gov.uk and read  the corporate service standards, i just can not undrstand if these standards aply to the general public and or me as an mot station owneror both. i just need to find out if i can complain about my local area office  if you read my last posting you would prob undrstand why i feel as i do and i realy dont need any hassle off my ve afterwards

is there anyone out there knows if we as testing station owners [ae,s] are covered by vosas corporate service standards ,are we customers or just grunts has anyone read these still waiting to here from them nearly six weeks.
