As an MOT Tester, You are technically employed by VOSA, although You are paid by "Your Employer"
And there lies one of the biggest problems, in my opinion.
Your employer usually wants to make the most possible money, whilst VOSA wants the MOT test done properly. - That's two different things, and it leaves a lot of NT's torn in two different directions.

Hi All, Have experienced two of these visits at different VTS due to change of employment circumstances, recently. (retirement).
Both have been carried out very professionallly and very efficiently, 2 Hours. Yes thats an NT`s view of things.
Now, Lets all get back to basics, a person who consistently breaks the speed limit at Mach 3 is always looking over his shoulder for a copper.
