Double standards mate.
VOSA is rife with it.
Now we all are using the same test criteria (due to computerisation) it's high time they got their own house in order.

done the same as you and got a lecture from local vosa guy saying fail yet at refresher course they say pass and advise

Sounds like it should be ok as long as the probe can be inserted fully for emissions test, (assuming emissions test required)

hello,
i have a ldv 400 up for mot...the exhaust tail pipe is broken off from behind the back box..although its securely mounted and does not blow, because the tail pipe is shorter than it should be will it fail????????
