Beam benders are available at car accessory shops, They are Ok for short term use, but If You are returning to the UK permanently. then UK replacement lamps should be fitted.

If the vehicle is registered outside of the UK and is intended to be permanently imported, then it will need to be registered with DVLA new lamps fitted and all UK regulations will apply.

Beam benders are peices of self adhesive plastic, that stick on to the outside of the headlamps to mask the beam pattern. They are a quick fix to get you through the mot, but will probably fall off eventually. Any good car spares shop or motor factors will sell them.

Headlamps will have to kick the correct way, or not kick at all (flat pattern) speedo no probs.
