as long as its got a vin number(normally on chassis plate)it can be tested.when you register it here your dvla office will alter the mot accordingly.

Correct Kev, It can be tested using the full vin and 'reg not displayed'

could be wrong because i have never come across this , but it could be possible to test it as reg not displayed .

i'm about to mot a 1967 sunbeam tiger that i just imported. its not uk registered yet and so has no plates. i need the mot first to register it.
how does the new number plate regulations apply to that?
