I came to germany in 1970 as a Squaddie and am still here after leaving the army in 1979
I live in the Black Forrest in a town called Waldbronn .But it is getting dearer and dearer every week over here .So we are returning to Grimsby to live and work
I am at the moment working for a frozen food firm called bofrost http://www.bofrost.de
it is a full power job It was a nice job 18 years ago when i started but now it is just a job with a hell of a lot of push .Like most German firms at this moment
My mother has a 3 bedroomed house with lots of garden and room the house will be ours one day and its paid for .so why stay here and Pay high rent just to live in someone elses flat .Some of you will think we are crazy but I can tell you The Grass on this side is not as green as people think

he logan has its own parts outside the vehicle evn its own mirror which you can use the same one left otr right ..Super idea as all cars have left and right mirrors
a good money saving idea

It wont be going to the UK for at least 2 years now it has been posponed and it will be the Sanduro that comes its a Pity as this is some car !! Big Boot hi tech renault motor Airbags abs elec windows and mirrors (heated) a massive boot and head restraints for all passengers on whole a car that is now needed with the price of todays fuel .I use 6,3 ltrs per 100kms this is a good figure mine is a 1400 MPI

I have bought a Dacia Logan and it is a great car
I was expecting to stay in Germany but am now returning back to the Uk in Nov .the car is 1 year old and My problem is this .Dacia or Renault do not make headlights for the UK for this car  I will have to put the car into MOT and it will fail because of the lights .Is there such a thing as an exemption while no headlights are available for this model ?
and then i could use the sticky masks that they put on the headlights as a tempory measure .This is realy worrying me
