Hi Simon
Really up to you what manufacturer you choose, however a really good one is FORTE LUBRICANTS, they do a complete range of fluids etc.
As an example some years back a friend of mine purchased a Nissan Primeria after me advising the camshafts had worn out, being very very noisy in operation, he asked me to look at it and I put in a can of FORTE oil fortifiying liquid, the valve train and camshafts sounded like brand new but did start to ear noise again after about six months.
Your choice

Hi Simon
The inspection of the leak is down to the testers opinion at the time, the testers manual says "A leak in the system showing that a component, joint or seal has failed".
I suppose it is then down to the tester to decide if the seal, joint or component has failed, Computerisation has a advisory in brackets under the above reason for rejection which says "Seepage of fluid" is a pass and advise, so if I had of tested it, I would have to have been sure the joint, seal or component had failed, which really means you have a "serious leak" on your underside of vehicle and or floor where you park the vehicle.

| Hi Si,generally speaking the circumference of a power steering reservoir is quite large and even though it does not look like the level of fluid has dropped it probably has. Also take into account that it would not have to be a drastic "leak" to fail..E.
