I have just been inforned that a new regulation has been initiated via a memo from VOSA to all mot stations which will mean the modification of any Land Rover, Mini Moke Smart Blade and Kit car.
Any car without side protection 15cm above waist hieght is deemed an mot failure.
As a moke owner I'm astonished that a law can be introduced retrospectively which means the modification of so many cars. Does anyone have any idea when this instruction becomes effective and also if there are any consessions?
