Steady on Stealth!!!
Ever heard of the Age discrimination Act?
Minimum age no longer applies, only the experience.
(I was Told this by the VE during the Traffic light Visit, it was a question he asked me to catch me out- which it did)

Hi Saj
You need to be 20 years of age, with 4 years experience in motor vehicle repair & maintenance. Basic minimum qualifications are NVQ level 3. You will also need a full driver's licence for the classes of vehicle tested at the VTS.
Your employer can then sponsor you for VOSA training.
If you dont have the qualifications you can sit the VOSA exam, BUT - if you fail first time you have to wait 6 months to re-sit. Fail second tme and you have to wait 2 years to re-sit.
