| i know about using the Tapley, but no one has ever mentioned the handbrake, and was alittle unsure, better to ask for advice, than stuff it up

Did this not come up whilst being trained?
The VT40 will probably tell you to use the tapley for four wheel drives, find a safe, flat road and get up to about 20 mph and apply the brake. Be careful with transmission brakes as they snatch, and you can cause damage, you will find that with practice you will be able to achievr the minimum without reaching 20 mph.

| i am new to mot testing,ihave not had the pleasure of a four wheel drive brake test can anyone tell me how it is done,esspecially the hand brake,thanks
