Yes they are set up by vosa on a national basis and run a various local venues - I have now attended one of these. Not sure what to make of it as I was led to believe they were a means of offering feedback and having an informal discussion with vosa - not quite what happened on the night.
There was a small team of vosa officials from Bristol who did a presentation on what they plan to do over the next year and what they have not managed to do over the previous year followed by a shouting match from a small selection of the audience about they own problems that was obvious to the rest of us that the problems were not with vosa but with there own companies.
