Yeah and dont forget to print the advisorys again when they bring it back for retest

I agree and if VOSA do a mystery shopper exercise it will come clear it's not the test station thats at fault but the motor trader if a complaint is ever made. 
that's my thoughts on the subject as well , as long as i do my job to the best of my ability & give all the necessary paperwork to the vehicle presenter it's up to them after that .

Not as far as i'm aware.
The VT20 does show that a VT32 advisory has been produced.

| The test station i work for has a trade customer that we suspect of not giving customers advisory notices, just the pass cert. as they are sales cars. Is any criminal offence being commited?
