I agree and if VOSA do a mystery shopper exercise it will come clear it's not the test station thats at fault but the motor trader if a complaint is ever made. :)


 

that's my thoughts on the subject as well , as long as i do my job to the best of my ability & give all the necessary paperwork to the vehicle presenter it's up to them after that .

I agree and if VOSA do a mystery shopper exercise it will come clear it's not the test station thats at fault but the motor trader if a complaint is ever made. :)

I find that more and more end user customers are looking to see if an advisory has been issued and asking for it.

Not as far as i'm aware.
The VT20 does show that a VT32 advisory has been produced.

The test station i work for has a trade customer that we suspect of not giving customers advisory notices, just the pass cert. as they are sales cars. Is any criminal offence being commited?
