As for the traders, they are too darn lazy to do the job prpoerly, and don`t forget Who signs the certificate!
and also every penny you make a trader spend is one less bit of profit.
and to most that is more important than customers safety.
shame really

I've had the same problem you can hardly turn the wheel but only shows 14kgf on the brake tester.

I'm not sure that I agree with that nicknak
I've had brakes binding to the extent the pads are crumbling due to excessive heat and only just being able to force the wheel to turn, yet it hardly shows on the rbt.
Maybe my rbt is not sensitive enough? It is getting old but doesn't give any problems at calibration sessions.
Any other opinions?

| Dont fail it when you are trying it by hand, let the brake roller tester tell you, you know what it should be like you will have felt it when trying the wheel bearings, if it shows abnormal on the screen then yiu can fail it.

Hi Guy's Thanks for all your help on the Temp Fuel Cap, this is really useful for a newbie like me.
Now then, I am unsure as to what limit on KGF should I go to on Brake binding.
I know it is my judgement, but some of the traders are moaning at me saying I am too strict.
