So, moving from one post to another, "Why the difference"?

A larger bore Has more Volume although a smaller bore Will have more pressure, and more Force.:D

Agreed, thats why when you fit an uprated oil pump to a racing motor its a Higher capacity pump , not a Higher pressure pump.

No, the pump provides flow.
Pressure is only generated when the flow is restricted.
