we had a microcar in recently , a 52 plate plastic thing with auto (rubberband) transmission , 4seats & a 2cylinder 505cc petrol engine .
the weight on the logbook was 368 kg so no emission test according to vosa .
they said that this was classed as a quadricycle for the purposes of the mot .
never seen the dvd
