    Content consists of a lead article on breaking news in the MOT industry, 'Testing Times', Editor Jim Punter's round up of news and information from the MOT Industry, contributions from contributing authors, usually leading industry experts or consultants giving guidance on regulations and procedures, news about developments and personnel from the government's MOT Executive Agency VOSA and an extremely useful Buyer's Guide – a product or equipment review.
