Stephen Hammond MP Announces Open Consultation

On Thursday 13th December, Stephen Hammond, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport and responsible for MOT Testing, announced an open consultation about services provided to motorists by Government. More broadly this applies to all four agencies controlled by the Department for Transport, viz:

Driving Standards Agency (DSA)
Driving and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA)
Vehicle Operator and Services Agency (VOSA)
Vehicle certification Agency (VCA)
